On Tuesday, April 28th from 6:00–7:00 PM, you are invited to relax and receive the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, chimes, and other therapeutic instruments designed to calm the nervous system and gently guide you into a meditative state.
This immersive experience allows the body and mind to slow down, creating space for stress release, emotional balance, and inner clarity. Whether you are new to sound healing or returning for continued self-care, this session offers a peaceful reset from the demands of everyday life.
