Join Infinite Sound & Vibration Holistic Healing, LLC for a unique Floating Sound Bath Healing Experience at The Swim Advantage, where the calming qualities of water are combined with sound and vibration to create an incredibly peaceful and immersive experience.
💧 WHAT IS A FLOATING SOUND BATH?
Instead of lying on a yoga mat on the floor, each participant will relax on a floating mattress on the surface of the pool throughout the sound bath.
As you settle onto your mattress, the gentle movement of the water helps create a feeling of being supported and weightless. You can close your eyes, quiet your thoughts, focus on your breathing, and simply allow yourself to receive the sounds around you.
Throughout the experience, singing bowls, chimes, bells, and other instruments will create layers of sound that travel throughout the pool area. Being surrounded by water adds another sensory element to the experience as you…
