No Experience Necessary
There is nothing you need to do except get comfortable and listen. The soothing sounds and vibrations help quiet the mind, release tension, and create a sense of peace and relaxation. Set within the beautiful acoustics of the historic Old Central Church, this immersive sound bath invites you to relax deeply as waves of sound and vibration guide you into a state of rest, renewal, and inner calm.
Guests should bring a pillow, blanket, and Yoga mat or zero gravity chair. You are also welcome to sit in the pews. Practitioner will provide water. We will be moving a lot of energy within you and you will need to drink plenty of water after the sound bath.
Guests are welcome to experience a sampling of what a One-on-One session will include immediately after the sound bath.
